You'll still be able to use your existing rules in demo mode. You just won't be able to create new AI-assisted rules until you upgrade. The free tier includes 25 AI calls total (not per month). Your data is never deleted.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

The Lifetime plan uses your own Anthropic API key for AI-powered setup calls instead of our shared pool. This means you pay Anthropic directly for AI usage (typically a few cents per setup call) and get unlimited access without any monthly fees from us.

On the Team plan, any team member can publish a rule library that becomes available to everyone on the team. When one person configures obfuscation for a SaaS app, the entire team benefits. Rules sync automatically across all team members.

DemoShield is currently available for Chrome. Safari and Firefox extensions are in active development and expected to launch in Q2 2026. Join our mailing list to be notified when they're available.

Yes. Your obfuscation rules are stored locally in your browser and optionally synced via encrypted cloud storage. DemoShield never sees or stores the actual content of the pages you visit. When you use the AI setup assistant, it receives only the structure of selected elements (tag names and CSS attributes) to suggest rules — no page content is stored on our servers.

Yes, both the Pro and Team plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

DemoShield works with any web-based application. It operates at the browser level, modifying what's displayed on screen. We've tested extensively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, and dozens of other tools. If it runs in Chrome, it works with DemoShield.
